• A FREE home/office visit where a member of our friendly and highly trained staff will - Advise you on the suitability of the project and offer free impartial advice based on over 85 years of combined building experience; - then take full notes in order to prepare a detailed estimate.

• Provide you with a fully comprehensive quotation detailing prices and availability.

• On acceptance of the quotation we will arrange a start date and estimate of how long the work will take.

• After the work is completed, we will again visit you for a final inspection. If there is any remedial work required, this will be agreed upon and actioned.

• Only when the job is completed to your satisfaction will the final payment be made.

• Finally in the unlikely event a problem should arise, we promise to respond within 48 hours.
