House / Flat Conversion

The Conversion of a second and third floor flat in to one duplex. Works included total strip out, replaster, supply, installation and tiling of three bathrooms (including under floor heating).New kitchen and staircase (with stair lighting) manufactured and installed, solid oak flooring, re-wiring of entire apartment including low voltage halogen lights, surround sound system and new consumer units. The supply and fitting of a new central heating system complete with two boilers, radiators and all ancillary pipe work. New skirting and coving supplied and fitted. Finally the flat painted and finished to the highest standard.
